No drop in class tonight.

Hello all. So the last week announcement changed up my plans a little. So I have decided to just hold a couple weeks of outdoor drop in classes while the weather holds out.

Starting tomorrow Sept 8th, I will be having a Monday and a Wednesday drop in class, at 5:30pm at the small soccer field, east of the ball diamonds.


This will include the 8, 13,15,20 and 22. $10 a class.

Hello all!! Just a quick note to let everyone know, I will be having classes this fall and I will be getting my level 2 certification! I’m so happy to be back!!

Hey Everyone! So I’m thinking about trying a parent/teen drop in class. This would be from 3:30-4:30 on Tuesday, $10 drop in fee. It would be more of an intro style class. I thinking ages 12 & up would be best for equipment size reasons. Teens are also very welcome with or without parents. Please let me know who might be interested so I can organize!

Hey everyone! Are you ready for the last 2 drop in classes for October? Intro class on Tuesday and Pop-up on Wednesday.

Hey everyone, I’m so excited to start classes tonight! It starts at 6 but if everyone could try to be at least 10 mins early, there is waivers and Covid forms to sign, and we’ll start learning how to wrap.

We will be making a cohert group for these classes. The nature of this class means we won’t be practicing social distancing but we’ll still try to stay as safe as we can. There will be a sanitizing station when and a temperature check upon entry. If you would like to wear a mask please feel free to do so.

Bring some water, yoga mat and equipment if you have. I will have extra equipment for those who don’t. Please bring your drop in fee if you haven’t already. Can’t wait to see you all! 🥊

Hi everyone. Just a little update for you. Looks like our first session is going to start in November. Fingers crossed our new space will be ready. 🤞🏻 Darn Covid.

Classes will most likely be Monday’s and Wednesday’s. You can choose to do both days or pick the one that works best for you.

That being said. I’m trying to offer some pop up classes to get us kickstarted! Drop in dates to come.

I’m wondering how many newcomers might be interested in a couple of drop in intro to kickboxing classes? If I get numbers, I’m hoping to provide equipment for this class if you don’t already have it. This will give me a chance to work on the basic steps with you and get you comfortable with the flow of class.

Alright, alright, alright. Hi everyone! It’s almost time to put my level 1 certificate to good use!
