Congratulations to our U12 Girls Blazers Red team on capturing the championship at our inaugural By the River Soccer Tournament!

The highlight of the weekend came during the pool stage when the girls battled back from 4-2 down against Ottawa South United to earn a thrilling 5-4 victory and book their place in the final.

That comeback captured the teamwork, resilience and determination the group displayed throughout the tournament before completing the job on their home fields.

Congratulations to the players, coaching team, team management and families on a memorable achievement! ❤️⚽

The U17 Girls Blazers White team wrapped up an outstanding season with an 11-1-2 record, finishing second in the EOSL U17 Girls Tier 2 division! ❤️⚽

Despite facing numerous injuries, the group continued to compete with resilience and determination. They conceded only 13 goals across 14 league matches, recorded three shutouts and reached the semifinals in two of their three tournaments.

Congratulations to the players on a fantastic season, and thank you to the coaching team, team management and families for their commitment and support throughout the year. We look forward to seeing these players continue their journey through SVSC’s competitive pathway!

The U17 Blazers Girls Red wrapped up their season in style with back-to-back wins! ❤️⚽️

In their first season competing at the Regional level, the team finished with a 7-1-6 record and 22 points, securing third place in the highly competitive EOSL U17 Girls Regional League. The team also earned a silver medal at the Ottawa Capital Cup.

Throughout the season, the group made tremendous progress in applying the Blazers’ principles of play—playing with greater speed, creating effective passing options, looking to play forward and working together with compactness and cover defensively.

A huge thank you to the coaching and team management staff for supporting these players and helping them grow both on and off the field. We couldn’t be prouder of this group.

Our U14 Blazers Boys wrapped up their EOSL Regional League season yesterday, narrowly losing an exciting game 3-2 away in Ottawa and finishing with an impressive 6-2-6 record.

After earning promotion from District 1 last year and enjoying a strong indoor season in the Winter Coliseum League Tier 1, the group continued to grow against regional competition. The boys made real progress in key areas, including speed of play, creating passing options, and providing compactness and cover defensively.

This season provided a great platform for the group as they prepare to compete in the new East Integrated Soccer League next year.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, managers and parents who made this great season possible! 🔴⚪⚽

That’s a wrap for our Men’s Blazers OT2 team! ⚽️

The lads closed out the season Friday night with a 2–1 win, finishing with a very respectable 6–3–5 record.

Fourteen games, plenty of laughs and only a few reminders that recovery takes slightly longer than it used to. Congratulations to everyone who made it through the season—and our best wishes to those still listed as day-to-day since June!

The final whistle has blown. Time to rest the legs, ice the knees and begin negotiations for next season.

The girls ended their season on a high with a well-earned win, capping off a year filled with growth, teamwork and memorable achievements:

🥈 Gaels Cup silver medallists
🥈 Cameron Memorial Tournament silver medallists

A wonderful group of players who represented the Blazers with pride throughout the season. Congratulations to the girls and their coaches, and thank you to all the families who supported them along the way!

That’s a wrap on the EOSL season for our U12 Boys Blazers! ⚽️🔴🔵

Our Blue and White teams enjoyed amazing seasons—working together as one group, playing for each other and representing the Blazers with pride.

The boys continued the growth they began in the Winter Coliseum League, brought home a few tournament trophies and, most importantly, made some amazing memories together.

We’re incredibly proud of their development, teamwork and commitment throughout the year. Congratulations to all our players and coaches, and thank you to our families for their continued support!

That’s a wrap on a great season for our U10 Boys Blazers White team! ⚽️

This group showed tremendous growth throughout the year, developing both individually and as a team. Their teamwork, effort and enthusiasm were on display every time they stepped onto the field.

A special thank-you to our coaches and parents for their support and for helping make it such a great season. We look forward to seeing the players continue their development journey next year at the U11 level within our grassroots pool system! 🔴🔵
