When you feel like you can’t push yourself, your classmates and Coach Miriam will push you! Options for Beginner to Advanced, so you can take the challenges you want! Grab some hand wraps and boxing gloves, and we will see you soon! Daycare available during class hours!

TONIGHT WE BEGIN AGAIN!! Ladies Only Classes! Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm - Arrive at 6:15pm to sign paperwork, pay dues and get wrapped up! Bring water 💦
Cost is $35/month or $90/3 months! One time insurance fee per year of $50. (Currently for 2026)

$50 for insurance for year of 2026 (unless you have paid since January 2026) and $35/month or $90/3 months.

Hello Ladies!
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have made a choice to take things one month at a time for summer.

So June - Open as Normal, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30pm @ $35/month (if you’re not paid up for June)

July - Club will likely be closed altogether.

August - Club MAY reopen, and I’ll keep you all posted.

September - Back to normal Ladies!! Twice a week! 🥊🥊

Hello Cornwall! Ladies Only Boxing Classes are still happening at Champs Eastside Boxing Club! Come learn proper technique, have some fun, and sweat!
Classes are currently Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30pm, and will change to Wednesdays ONLY for July & August 6:30-7:30pm
We have an amazing group of ladies, it’s affordable, and we always love to see new faces! All shapes and sizes and age 9+ welcomed 🙂 ❤️❤️🥊 Feel free to PM for more details 🙂
