We’ve introduced a new look for P3 Sports. It reflects the level the program has grown into over time and the standard we continue to hold ourselves to. The foundation hasn’t changed, but this is a more accurate representation of what P3 is today.
Everything at P3 has always been built around development. What this next phase does is bring more clarity to how players move through the program and what they’re working toward at each stage, so development actually connects from one level to the next.
There’s always been a path inside the program, but now it’s more clearly defined. Development into Academy and into Competition, with each stage building on the last so players understand where they’re at, what they’re working toward, and how they progress.
Nothing is given, earn everything. That standard continues to show up in how we train, how we coach, and what’s expected from players every time they step on the ice.
The new website is now live and it gives a full look at how everything is structured. If you’re new to P3 or want a better understanding of how the program works, it’s all there.
