Every September, the Modo Yoga community turns movement into meaningful environmental action through Sweat for Sustainability🍃
This year, we’re supporting and their work to restore forests around the world. Because caring for the planet isn’t separate from caring for ourselves
Healthy people need a healthy planet. 💚
Our own well-being and the well-being of the planet aren’t separate. They’re deeply connected. And when thousands of us choose to do something small together, we have the opportunity to create meaningful change. 🌎
You can be part of it: take a Karma Class or make a direct donation to One Tree

Trees help clean our air. They cool our communities. They protect our water. They support biodiversity. And simply having access to green space is associated with healthier humans.
We need trees—and trees need us to protect them.
Every class matters. Every donation matters. Every tree matters.
Small actions can grow into something much bigger. 💚
A forest isn’t just a collection of trees. It’s an entire living system. 🌳🦋🍄
Forests are home to about 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity—plants,
animals, insects, fungi and microorganisms living together in enormously complex
ecosystems.
Why does that matter to us? Because we’re part of that system, too.
Healthy ecosystems provide clean air, fresh water, food and medicines, while helping regulate disease and stabilize our climate. The more we understand how interconnected these systems are, the clearer it becomes: protecting nature is also
about protecting ourselves.
When forests thrive → we thrive.
We’re part of nature. And when we protect it, we protect each other. 💚
Trees are doing more for your lungs than you might think. 🫁🌳
