The Heart of Our Practice: The “I Love My Life” Ritual

From our very first day, one particular moment has defined our community more than any other. It is not found in the intensity of the sweat or the complexity of the movement, but in the sacred stillness at the end of practice. It is the moment when we form a heart with our hands (Heart Hands) and declare together:

“I love my life.”

This ritual is the historical cornerstone of our brand. It is an intentional act of gratitude—a commitment to recognizing that our mental and physical well-being is the foundation of a fulfilling life.

The Essence of the Ritual

This practice is an invitation for every member to celebrate the most important person in their life: themselves.

* Honour the effort: We recognize the discipline it took to show up and the strength discovered on the mat.
