You don’t have to be a gymnast to train at TAG. 💙🩵

TAG offers Sports Performance Conditioning for athletes ages 7+ and it’s open to athletes from ANY sport.

Hockey. Soccer. Basketball. Tennis. Dance. Baseball. Volleyball. Figure skating. Lacrosse. Gymnastics. And everything in between.

This class gives young athletes the opportunity to step outside their usual sport and training environment and develop the foundations that support athletic performance:

⚡ Strength
⚡ Cardio & endurance
⚡ Balance & coordination
⚡ Flexibility & mobility
⚡ Overall athletic conditioning

Sometimes training differently is exactly what an athlete needs to become stronger in the sport they love.

WEDNESDAYS | 6–7 PM | AGES 7+

💙 OR… BRING THE WHOLE TEAM!

We also offer private Sports Performance Conditioning sessions for teams.

Bring your hockey team, dance team, soccer team, basketball team, or any group of athletes into TAG for a completely different training experience.

Think strength + conditioning + team building + FUN.

It’s a chance to get athletes out of their regular environment, challenge their bodies in new ways and build some team connection while they’re at it.

There’s a lot happening at TAG, and as our recreational programs continue to grow, we’re looking for some amazing new coaches to join our team!

Calling all dancers!

We’re so excited to introduce ACRO FOR DANCE to our fall schedule!

Whether you’re working toward your aerial, trying to clean up your front or back walkover, or want to add some exciting new acro skills to your dance routines, this class is designed specifically with dancers in mind.

We’ll focus on technique and skill development, helping dancers build the confidence and control to bring their acro from the gym onto the stage. ✨

And the best part? ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! No previous acro experience required.

Happy National Coaches Week 💙

This week, we’ve been celebrating the people who make TAG so much more than a place to train.

Our coaches teach skills, technique and discipline, but what we love most about them is everything they give our athletes beyond the sport.

They see the person behind the athlete.
They believe in them, sometimes before they believe in themselves.
They challenge them, encourage them, laugh with them, celebrate them and help them navigate the hard days too.

They’re building confidence. Resilience. Courage. Work ethic. Friendships. And a sense of belonging.

And somewhere between the practices, corrections, breakthroughs, high-fives and “ONE MORE TIME!”… they become some of the people our athletes will remember forever. 🩵

To every coach competitive or recreational who brings their energy, knowledge, patience and heart into TAG each day, thank you!!!!

Summer at TAG has been so BUSY! ☀️🤸

Each week has brought more fun, more memories and so much energy with our Summer Camps and we’re not done yet!

But somehow… FALL is already right around the corner. 🍂
