We continue to work on progressive overload each week online and in studio! Have you tried the new personal training series online? 30 min personal training whole body workouts.

Even if you can’t do one thjng, there’s still something you can do in group personal training!

To build strength we need to resist our muscles, to where those last 2 reps are a real struggle but maintaining control!

Teen girls training started back up again tonight!

The discipline these girls have to show up to a strength class at their age is going to set them up for a lifelong routine at the gym. It’s so great to see them commit to a strength class that builds the confidence to go the gym on their own one day!
