We successfully wrapped up our Canada Career Pathways Seminar with the Taekwondo Department at Sun Moon University!

It was a meaningful opportunity to discuss career possibilities in Canada and share future project ideas to advance the technical skills of both university students and TKMD students. 🥋🌎

By connecting university expertise with practical teaching experience in Canada, we hope to create valuable learning opportunities and support the continued growth of both Sun Moon University and TKMD.

What you see on stage is only a few minutes. What it took to get there was countelss late-night practices, relentless perseverance, and the courage to push through every tiring repetition when training got hard. 🥋✨

Last Saturday at Calgary City Hall, our TKMD Demonstration Team delivered a Taekwondo performance that made us incredibly proud.

Every single kick, form, and movement was the powerful result of their dedication and teamwork.
To our incredible students: thank you for the heart and passion you brought to that stage.

You proved that true mastery isn't built overnight—it’s forged in the quiet hours of hard work. You showed everyone what is possible when you believe in yourselves and refuse to give up. ❤️

🥋 More than Taekwondo. A place to grow.

At Extreme Taekwon MaDang, students ages 4 through adulthood can start with the basics and build toward new skills at their own pace.

Every class is a chance to understand how their body moves, practice focus and coordination, and connect with others. Along the way, students build confidence and social skills both on and off the mat.

Our limited class sizes give our instructors time to see each student, offer individual feedback, and celebrate their progress. Whether it’s a child’s first class or an adult’s next challenge, there’s room to grow at TKMD. 💪✨
