Sifu Jay Cooper is the Canadian Director & Law Enforcement Training Officer for the Jeet Kune Do Athletic Association - an organization dedicated to excellence by providing world class instruction for members and instructors. A strict standard, quality control, and testing procedure has been put in place to ensure the highest quality of instruction, and also to preserve the art forms being taught.
