Imagine being able to immerse yourself in a three-day journey into the heart of dance 🫶

DEEPEN is an invitation to slow down, open inward, and surrender more fully to the wisdom of the body. ✨

Through ecstatic dance, conscious breath, music, embodiment, ceremony, stillness, and connection, we will journey beyond habitual movement and into deeper layers of presence, expression, feeling, and spirit.

Rooted in the ceremonial and Indigenous-inspired spirit of Inner Journeys, DEEPEN honours the relationship between movement, land, body, spirit, and community.

Three days.
One shared journey.
Many layers waiting to be uncovered.
Come as you are ❤️
