Even after 25 years teaching…I still feel like a little kid going back to school. A mixture of nerves and excitement. 👍🏻😁

I get so excited to see the regulars as well as meet new people 👍🏻
It’s going to be a great session!! I’ve got my material ready and class numbers are looking great 🙏

❤️As the dance season is set to start…I literally can’t believe it’s been 18 years since I started Dance Through Life. I had a dream to start a studio specifically for recreational adults.

💃🏻It has been a ride!!! Anyone who runs their own small business knows it’s not easy. Lots of ups and downs over the years. A lot of blood, sweat and tears. 🙏

SO MANY changes over the years and the changes continue this year. My friends call me “Paula the Pivoter” 🤣
Yup. Pivot and pivot again!!

But it’s totally been worth it and I’d do it all again!! 😁. The memories, the fun, the laughs and the friendships I have made are worth their weight in gold.

Thank you 🙏 to everyone for ALL your support. My friends, family and students. ❤️. It truly takes a village.

I don’t know where the time has gone!!
But I guess looking back…I was busy 😉

🐺Teaching classes - being in the Pre-parade and dancing with Maracame Mexican dancers 💃🏻 - a few wonderful trips away with the hubby and friends 😁 - gardening - walking - aquacize classes and dog sitting 🐶🐾.

I had a great time!! But I’m ready to get back in a routine ⏰ and see all my students lovely faces ❤️

😎☀️As summer draws to a fast close…I’ll be soaking up these last warm days in one of my favorite places. My lawn chair 😁. Sure…there is things “I could” be doing. There always is…but I’ll be here. Eating ice cream 🍦🍨reading a good book 📕listening to the birds 🕊️ and the sound of silence.
Things can wait. I’ve got a VERY busy season ahead of me. For now…I’ll rest 😁
