FALL SCHEDULE starts September 8th!

🥋Beginners class open to white belt and ⬆️
(Advance belt are welcome)

🥋Intermediate + open to blue belt and ⬆️
(6month of Bjj training can attend as well)

🥋Sambo class will be added on a biweekly basis with Eugene from Club Kozak class will be on a Saturday 10 am.

🥋Sambo-Jitsu is a mix of stand-up grappling and quick submissions hunting. Great way to combine stand up and ground work and perfect for competitions.

I don’t usually make posts like this.

But after seeing the video of the recent incident at Quartier DIX30, I couldn’t stop thinking about the people involved.

Not because of what happened.

But because of what comes next.

The fear.

The anxiety.

The feeling that your sense of safety can be taken away in an instant.

As a coach, I’ve seen people walk onto the mats carrying self-doubt, fear, and insecurity.

And I’ve seen what happens when they slowly rebuild their confidence.

Not to become tougher.

Not to fight.

But to stop feeling powerless.

To feel capable again.

To feel safe in their own skin.

That’s why I want to help.
