Vous voulez initier votre enfant à un nouveau sport ? Vous voulez aussi vous dégourdir les jambes ? TONDojo a la formule pour vous !

À TONDojo, nous offrons aussi des cours parents-enfants. Avec les maîtres, vous apprendrez les rudiments du jiu-jitsu, mais travaillerez aussi l’estime de soi de vos enfants. Il y a trois groupes d’âge pour vous inscrire : 5 à 8 ans, 9 à 12 ans et 13 à 17 ans.
Les cours auront lieu une fois par semaine, le samedi dès 10h30, à partir du 15 octobre.

Save the date! September 17th we are working with one of our coach

It’s will be a 90min workshop on the darce choke, aka Kenji specialty.

This workshop is open to all and have a suggested donation base. All fund will go toward a non-profit organisation.

Last night Jason have been promoted to brown belt under Deepu keeping the lineage.

Deepu also helps the school teaching some gi class on Monday from 5:30 to 7pm.

Moral of the story: we’re a community base BJJ school. We don’t want drama. All we want is for people to level up and grow within our sport with the respect of everyone stepping on the mats.

The school is focused on giving the best environment for everyone who is passionate about this sport. Oss 👊🏻

We encourage cross training because it give us more knowledge.
