🌠 Look up tonight, dear yogis 🌠
The Orionid meteor shower is peaking, and tonight the sky above us is quite literally raining stardust — every streak of light is a tiny grain of Halley's Comet, burning bright as it meets our sky.
After a season of gathering under these very skies at The Barns, my heart is full of gratitude for this community. So tonight, let's take our practice outside one more time — each in our own yard, yet together. Roll out your mat or a cozy blanket in the darkest spot you can find, lie back in savasana, soften your gaze, and simply breathe. No striving, no doing — just receiving. A little Yoga Nidra, gifted by the universe itself. ✨
A few gentle tips for tonight:
🌙 Our best window this year is the quiet hours after midnight, once the bright moon has set, through to dawn
⭐ Expect perhaps 10–20 meteors an hour under dark skies — Orionids are fast and bright, and sometimes leave a glowing trail behind them
With love,
