We're very excited to be partaking in Discover Downtown Bridgewater on June 6th! Come check out our 9:30am Pay What You Can Mat Pilates class (be sure to register at http://www.saisonpilates.com to reserve your spot,)then head to our neighbours at Meguma Meadows to grab some stunning flowers, and continue your way down the street for a bite to eat!

Our Bridgewater, NS Pilates Studio offers small group & private sessions, led by established, educated instructors. From towers and reformer to the duality of the mat, our practice is designed for every body and every age.
