The national book tour continues this month through my final tour stop/city number 25 in Memphis, TN, followed by a return trip to Baltimore (in my backyard). It is also an honor to receive the 2026 WOW Caballero ‘Outstanding Man’ Award on the 6th via virtual ceremony. 🏆

“Everything rises and falls on leadership,” says John C. Maxwell. This year-long tour has been carefully orchestrated to a myriad of conversations about leadership with business, community, academic, and faith leaders across the country (25 cities). It’s a 2-hour interactive and engaging event at bookstores, libraries, conferences, , and churches, that concludes with a book signing.

I put a wrap of this book tour in July and a finale with friends in August on Martha’s Vineyard. I look forward to seeing you in a city near you real soon! The next book release will be 2028. Standby…

A great and significant gathering of faith leaders across the state of Maryland yesterday to share strategies about Board of Directors, Advisory Boards, and Commissioners appointments on a myriad of agencies and organizations. Over one hundred leaders together on one accord supporting and advocating for one another. Brilliant!!

I believe that have a responsibility to make our world a much better place and to have a positive impact on others. This year-long tour has been carefully orchestrated to a myriad of conversations about leadership with business, community, academic, and faith leaders across the country (25 cities). It’s a 2-hour interactive and engaging event at bookstores, libraries, conferences, , and churches, that concludes with a book signing.

Only a few months remain. I look forward to seeing you in a city near you real soon! Thanks for all of the unwavering support to date.

Another fabulous year with colleagues, classmates, and lifelong friends at our alma mater in Richmond, VA this past weekend.

Established in 1988, VCU’s Black Alumni Council was founded and I was appointed interim President. We gather annually to reminisce, partner, and share fond memories of our undergraduate journey on campus. During a myriad of events over 4 days, we have a blast together and thoroughly enjoy pouring into the next generation of leaders.

Can’t wait until next year!!
