DAY 2. NO DAYS OFF.

Coach Jay and the UB Mingoes Men’s Basketball team are back in the gym for Day 2 of workouts at Kendal G. L. Isaacs Gym.

The energy is high, the competition is getting stronger, and the work continues. Every drill, every rep, and every opportunity matters as these student-athletes work to earn their spot and prepare for what’s ahead.

The journey is just getting started.
