If it bothers you that I’m a coach who eats sweets, this caption is for you.

For years, I lived in two extremes: restriction or binge.

Never the middle.

I’d cut sweets out completely.�White-knuckle it.�Feel deprived.�Then crash and eat everything.
Rinse. Repeat.

The problem wasn’t sweets.

I wasn’t addressing actual triggers: stress, nervous system regulation, under-eating, nutrient deficiencies, disconnection from my body.

So I fixed those first.

Now I can sit down with sweets and feel satisfied with a little bit.

Because the systems underneath changed.

Health becomes unhealthy when it gets extreme.

You see this all the time on social media.

“This is good.”�“This will kill you.”

I think the middle is better:

“This is good. This technically isn’t the best but a little bit is fine.”

So yes, I eat sweets.

You can too.

As long as your foundation is strong.

“𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹.”⁣

That’s what this client told me when she first joined our program.⁣

For years, she woke up and immediately had to run to the bathroom.⁣

Loose stool. Every day.⁣

She planned her mornings around it… and never questioned it.⁣

Because when something becomes your new normal, you stop realizing it’s a problem.⁣

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 — 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.⁣

So instead of guessing, we ran deeper testing and ordered a GI-MAP to see what was actually happening inside her gut.⁣

We discovered her GI system was chronically inflamed, which explained why her digestion, regulation, and body composition weren’t responding the way they should.⁣

So we implemented a short Flush protocol designed to:⁣

• Calm inflammatory signaling⁣
• Support gut lining repair⁣
• Improve detox pathways⁣
• Retrain her body to regulate digestion again⁣

And something incredible happened.⁣

For the first time in years, she had regular bowel movements.⁣

Her waist measurement dropped 2 inches⁣ while eating more consistently instead of restricting.⁣

Most of the women who follow this page have already done everything right.

They work out.�They eat well.�They read the labels.

But their body still feels… off.

This page exists to help you understand what your body has been trying to tell you.

For a long time, I ignored what mine was saying.

From the outside, I looked disciplined.

I trained constantly.�Worked hard.�Pushed through everything.

But internally something wasn’t right.

I exercised to “make up” for overeating.
�Drank because my nervous system had no off switch.
�Lived on caffeine just to fight fatigue.

And I told myself everything was fine because nothing on paper looked “wrong.”

But my body knew better.

Getting sober forced me to slow down and listen.

That changed everything.

Your body doesn’t lie.�Lab ranges sometimes do.

And most women are told everything is “normal.”

I grew up around medicine, both of my parents are physicians.

They encouraged me to look at physiology differently.

The deeper I went, the clearer something became:

Women are the most underserved population in functional health.

Mostly because their symptoms are dismissed before anyone investigates what’s actually happening inside their body.

That’s the work we do now.

We run comprehensive labs, identify what’s blocking progress, and repair the system so the body can respond again.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻…⁣

Back in June of 2025, we shared Laura’s progress from her first 90 days in our program.⁣

And while those results were incredible…⁣

She was just getting started.⁣

If you’re a hard-working woman over 35 and your stomach won’t budge…

It’s incredibly frustrating for you because you aren’t lazy.

Most high-achieving women I work with have already done:

• Low carb�• Exercise 5–6x/week�• Long calorie deficits�• Excessive supplementation�• Elimination diets

And when those stop working they get frustrated, quit, and then repeat the same things when they get sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Which is exactly what keeps belly fat stuck.

Here’s are three things that can help in a deeper way:

1️⃣ Test fasting insulin + hs-CRP�
If insulin is elevated or inflammation is high, fat loss will feel impossible no matter how hard you try.

2️⃣ Eat your starchiest carbs after lifting�
Your muscles are most insulin sensitive then and will absorb that glucose spike more in muscle and less in fat.

3️⃣ Replace 2 HIIT sessions with 2 post-meal walks
�Lowers total cortisol and also improves insulin response.�
After 35, losing belly fat doesn’t require intense restriction.

It requires regulation.
