This summer, we are delighted to welcome Robin and Ethan to AntwerpYoga.
On Saturday, June 27, will offer a workshop on one of the most important aspects of Ashtanga Yoga: finding stability and ease within the practice.
Through observation, discussion and physical exploration of key postures from the Primary Series, Ethan will share how fundamental physical and energetic patterns support a practice that is both strong and sustainable. While rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, this workshop is not exclusively for Ashtanga practitioners and is open to anyone with a dynamic yoga practice. Whether you are new to Ashtanga or have been practising for years, this workshop offers valuable insights that extend far beyond individual postures.
On Sunday, June 28, will guide a workshop dedicated to nervous system balance and regulation.
Drawing from both yoga and her osteopathic studies, Robin offers a practical and accessible approach to understanding stress, recovery and resilience. Through breathwork, supportive movement, restorative practices and guided relaxation, you’ll explore ways to cultivate greater ease in both practice and daily life.
Ethan and Robin have each spent many years studying with Sharath Jois in Mysore, India, and bring a depth of knowledge, humility and lived experience that is rare to find.
