Coaches Becky, Taylah and Katie were part of a big couple of days of coach education at the Elevate Boot Camp in Toowoomba this past weekend. Lots of hands-on spotting training and practice with our own Coach Kieran one of the presenters.

Our seniors hard at work in their gymnastics skills class on Mondays at 1.45-2.45pm. If you're over 55yrs and want to give gymnastics a try, why not start with giving us a call on 0421398827.

No prior gymnastics experience needed and no leotards in sight, just fun activities building strength, balance and skills. These classes are run by a coach but are adapted so that everyone can work at their own comfort level.

We hope you have had a safe few days as Cyclone Alfred crawled through. With all the gym covered in tarps in preparation for the worst, we have managed to get through with no power interruption or leaks and are now set up again for the coming week.
We are looking forward to helping get the kids' energy out after being cooped up for the past few days.
