One week on… and it honestly feels like a blur.
Months of planning, early mornings, logistics, emails, course planning, volunteer coordination… and then suddenly race day arrives and it all flies by in a few incredible hours.
Seeing all the athletes take on the Sid James Victor Harbor Triathlon and the Victor226, families and supporters lining the course, and the whole community coming together made every moment worth it.
There were challenging conditions, plenty of moving parts, and a lot happening behind the scenes but events like this always remind us why we do it. The energy, the effort, the finish line smiles, and the stories that come with them.
To everyone who raced, volunteered, supported, and cheered… thank you for being part of it.
Now that the dust is settling, we’re reflecting on what worked, what we can improve, and what the future of this event looks like.
But one thing is certain…
the triathlon community is something pretty special.
And yes… we’re already thinking about what comes next.
Who else feels like the last week has been a bit of a blur?
