New timetable starting Monday 18/05.

Kids classes Monday & Wednesday 16:15 - 17:15
The OG classes Tuesday & Thursday 16:30 - 17:30
Seniors classes Monday- Friday 17:30 - 18:30.

Minimum 1 class per week is $50 a month, unlimited classes are $100 a month.

Morning Team,

As the days get shorter, we've had to change up the timetable, the kids' classes are now from 16:15-17:15 with all the women/men's classes from 17:30-18:30. The OG's have moved to 16:30-17:30 on Thursdays. Please note booking in for the class is essential as we can only accommodate 8 pax in winter. Paid members will have preference. See you all soon.

Was great sparing this morning with Tenacity Boxing Incorporated Attitude Boxing and Amit Thapa all fighters getting in plenty of good rounds . Billy was in charge and did a fantastic job.
