Today was so fun!! It's nice being back after 5 years 💃 Thank you to all the ladies who came along today!
This class is a mix of aerobics, boxing, hand weighted routines to get stronger, toning exercises to help your lymphatic system & posture. It's a mix of things I've found over 20 years of gyms/ Jungle body classes/ martial arts & my non stop research on food & exercises to help my body to not be as affected by an autoimmune condition I can't find the answers for!
As I approach 40 next year I want to be like the older ladies I admire, the 80 year old ones who used to shout 'you don't use it, you lose it' when I was in my 20's making them twerk & box.
But one of my biggest goals is bringing the community together and spreading some fun & love while releasing oxytocin & having a laugh while getting sweaty!
Mums who are stuck at home going mad with the kids, older people who are home most of the time, anyone who wants to make some friends who don't have kids, my class is for you!!! I adapt every move so anyone can do it! All ages/ sex's & fitness levels.
See you next week at the cowie club 9.30am Thursdays (it will run for the next 4 weeks and if there is enough interest I'll start back early Jan weekly)
