21kg gone.

But the number on the scale isn’t the part I’m most proud of!!
The Alex who started this journey lacked confidence, struggled with consistency, second-guessed herself, and felt stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping.

The Alex standing here today is stronger, more confident, more disciplined, and backs herself in ways she never used to 🫦

She’s built routines.
She’s learnt how to fuel her body.
She’s shown up on the hard days.
She’s bounced back when things weren’t perfect.
And she’s proven to herself that she’s capable of so much more than she ever believed🚀

This transformation isn’t the result of one perfect week, one perfect meal plan, or one perfect workout.
It’s the result of hundreds of small decisions made over and over again 👏🏼

21kg lost.
Countless habits gained.
A completely different mindset built.

Alex, watching you grow into this version of yourself has been an absolute privilege. Your results speak for themselves, but the confidence you’ve gained along the way is what makes this transformation truly special ❤️

I’m not one to cry on camera LOL
but honest to God today was a very emotional day, my new era project came to an end and I was going though my feed back..

although some people might find it odd that I’m sharing something like this, I’m sharing it because this is something so real, not everybody gets physical results, and sometimes coaching isn’t about physical results at all and I feel like this really highlights the fact that not everybody is chasing a certain look some people just want a space to be seen in, they just want help with their mindset and creating new habits, this client actually did get some physical results, but the mental results she got far out weighed that in the best way possible!

I don’t know if you can tell or not, but I take my job seriously lol I literally cry over some of my clients results, because it means that much to me, I go out of my way to do anything to help people achieve the things they’re wanting ❤️

I did things inside of this challenge that was more for my personal life and as important as my physical self. Used the space a little different and you were supportive of that.
As a coach, you have so much potential and I really believe this space will change lives as it has changed mine in ways that I cannot thank you enough for.
The small changes I made, created space for lifelong changes.
Those depression boxes are empty, the house is cleaner, the spaces I needed mental clarity in are looking more organised.
I always wanted the 2 sugars out of my coffee and in the last 8 weeks I have enjoyed many black coffees. When I do have a milky sugar coffee, I cannot finish it and it is too sweet. I just dont enjoy them anymore. That is a 20 year habit broken in 8 weeks with you.
Sugar is not as enticing and whole foods are more enjoyable.
The headaches are gone too.
This was never about food and movement for me even though it was that type of challenge. I got small results and one day again I will do another with you and smash it out of the ball park 😁�

I posted this on my story the other day but felt like it deserves a spot of the feed too.

A lot of people see coaching as “just a workout plan” or think coaches are charging crazy amounts of money.

The reality is that when you invest in coaching, you’re not paying for a PDF.

You’re paying for accountability, support, education, problem-solving, experience, communication, check-ins, programming, and someone who genuinely cares whether you succeed or not.

What many people don’t see is that coaches are also business owners.

We have bills, software, insurance, education, taxes, and operating costs to cover just like everyone else.

When you commit to coaching, you’re reserving a place in someone’s business.

Just like you don’t stop paying your car loan because you didn’t drive your car for a week, you can’t simply choose to pay your coach later because money is tight that week.

Life happens, but coaches are real people with real bills to pay too.

The clients who get the best results are the ones who keep showing up, communicating, and honouring their commitment even when things get hard.

If you’ve ever thought…

“I don’t even know what I’m doing”
“I need to eat less to see results”
“I’ve stuffed it, may as well start again Monday”
“My weight is all over the place so I must be doing it wrong”

Read this.
This is what actually changed for these girls:
• Started fuelling their body instead of under eating 🍽️
• Finally had a plan and stopped guessing in the gym 🏋️‍♀️
• Gained confidence to wear what they want and back themselves 👏
• Stopped spiralling over one “off” meal 🍕
• Built consistency without the all or nothing mindset 🔁
• Got stronger, fitter… and yeah, the physique changed too
• Learned that progress isn’t linear and that’s NORMAL 📈
• Quieted the food noise and stopped obsessing 🤯
• Felt supported the whole way, not just when things were perfect

And my personal favourite…
“Just do it idiot” 🤣

That’s the energy.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to start… and actually stick to something that works.
