WINTER IS WELL AND TRULY HERE ❄️
SO???
Why should winter be an excuse not to train?
Studies show that winter is the time when most people gain weight, anywhere from 2-10kg on average.
It's not a mystery why. It's cold. It's dark. Footy season kicks off and suddenly, the diary is full of the kids' games, drop-offs, and sideline snacks instead of training.
We hear it every year at Hustle:
"Footy's started, I don't have time."
"It's too cold in the mornings."
"I'll get back into it when it warms up."
Get out of the mindset that winter is a reason to pause.
There will never be a “perfect” time. There is ALWAYS something on.
But here's what's also true: we train indoors. The cold stops at the door. And 2-3 sessions a week is enough to maintain everything you've built and keep moving forward.
The difference between the members who come out of winter stronger and the members who scramble back in September? MINDSET. Not time. Not weather.
SO WHICH ONE ARE YOU?
Winter's going to happen either way. You'll either come out the other side ahead of the pack, or you’ll come out scrambling a month before summer hits.
You'll be amazed what you can do when you decide winter doesn't win.
