Sydney based Triathlon performance coaching specialists offering face to face and online individual programs to help you reach your performance potential.

We are passionate triathletes and experienced triathlon coaches based on Sydney's northern beaches. We have experienced the sport at all levels, from beginner age group to international elite, short course triathlon to ironman whilst managing busy careers and understand what it takes to succeed in both work and sport. We love to work with driven athletes who are committed to achieving their best.

Through Team Ward we have a talented, fun and dynamic group and run weekly training sessions for our Sydney based athletes as well as multiple challenging training weekends and camps throughout the year.

Absolutely sensational weekend for our Port Stephens Tri Camp 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️🙌💙We had it all !! Pool and open water swim set (with dolphins), Quality rides, Park Run off the bike (with a special guest appearance 🐨) ...sunshine, torrential rain and amazing sunrises and sunsets with an incredibly fun crew!! Some seriously good form building for all with World Champs and new season race goals just around the corner. Thanks team- Can't wait for the next one👊

Don't wait until you reach your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal 🏃‍♂️‍➡️🫶 You've all worked hard through the winter months and I can already see the hard work paying off!

It might be winter but there's still lots of exciting progress and racing for our squad!! Firstly congrats to Mon placing 6th in her first World Triathlon Para Cup in Hungary and more importantly shaving another 7mins off her PB 💚💛 ⭐️ Also out at RunThrough Australia Homebush a number of our Worlds 70.3 and Port Mac crew had a half marathon hit out to dial in pacing and race day fueling strategies- with a few PBs thrown in the mix !!! Well done James, Brendan, Ben and Maddie 👏 As we like to say Winter pain equals summer gain. Keep up the great work team👊

Most athletes think success comes from doing something extraordinary. But most of the time, it comes from doing ordinary things consistently. Day in day out, week after week, year after year. Showing up daily. Doing the work when it's not exciting and staying consistent when nobody is watching. There are no shortcuts. Incredible day of racing IRONMAN in Cairns for our squad ⭐️💙Each one of you with a unique journey are a true inspiration to us all. Highlights include supermum & first timer Helen 11.12 & 4th AG!! Huge acheivement after months of disjointed training and a limited prep but she never ceases to amaze us. Another first timer John 12.24- new to the sport (and swimming), juggling a very hectic career and young family he ticked off a huge lifetime goal👊and supermum Lauren who was hit by a car on her bike just 5 weeks ago... with a broken hand amongst other injuries she stayed focused on the goal. Come race day with two flat tyres and over 40mins waiting for support in pouring rain, many would have pulled the pin but you dug deep and battled to the finish line in 13.13!! You guys are all inspirational, your determination and resilience is just outstanding. This is what makes Ironman racing so special. What a way to finish a fantastic season 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️‍➡️🫶

Can't keep up with all the incredible racing from our squad🏆⭐️From .3westernsydney, , Long Island Marathon (New York), to Forest Trail Run... the team were smashing individual race goals!! Huge Personal Bests, an AG win🥇and incredible first time efforts. Love the motivation, determination and inspiration you all give each other. Such a dream team 💙🩵
