From the outside, people see parcels leaving the warehouse.

What they don’t see is where it all started.

At 24, after my 5th ACL reconstruction, my surgeon told me he couldn’t keep drilling holes in my knee.

That conversation ended one chapter of my life, but it unknowingly started another.

I built CRYO REMEDY • Sports Recovery because I knew firsthand how frustrating recovery could be. I wanted to create the recovery products I wish I’d had during my own rehab.

Now, every parcel that leaves our warehouse is a reminder that something good can come from life’s toughest setbacks.

This reel was meant to be me hitting my phone strapped to the crossbar with a free kick. Around 50 attempts later, I finally got the shot… but not before cooking my quad in the process.

Wishing Dylan Brown a smooth recovery after last night’s ACL injury. 💙

Unfortunately, it’s one of those injuries that can change a season in an instant. Having been through 5 ACL reconstructions myself, I know just how important those first few weeks are for managing pain, swelling and starting the rehab journey.

Our Cryotherapy Machine was designed with post-op recovery in mind, helping athletes manage swelling and stay consistent with their recovery at home.
