Firstly, sorry we kept you waiting! The app we use to randomly draw our winners decided Friday was the perfect day to stop cooperating with us 😂🤦‍♀️ But we got there in the end!

This will be Ash’s first time back at Bodybend since her surgery, and we know so many of you have missed seeing her beautiful face around the studio. It’s simply a chance to catch up, have a laugh and enjoy a lovely evening together 💜
