Join us Sunday 6th of September and celebrate Fathers day with Flow. Dads climb for free when they bring in their kids (of any age), so it's the prefect time to get dad in and trying something new.

We will be opening at the slightly later time of 11am this coming Thursday (13th) as we have a staff training morning on that day. We will be setting as usual on Thursday, so we hope to still see you in the afternoon to send all the new climbs!

To everyone who came along, thank you for bringing the incredible energy, vibes and costumes that make Neon Nights what it is. 🤠👢💜

Congratulations to all our winners, you guys absolutely deserved it! And to everyone who competed, thank you for putting on an unbelievable show. Your incredible climbing and sportsmanship made for a truly awesome weekend. 🧗‍♂️

A huge thank you to our staff and setters, whose countless hours of hard work brought this event to life. We couldn't have done it without you! 🙌

We are getting ready for our Neon Nights annual social competion this Friday, Saturday & Sunday!🥳🥳🥳

This means the gym will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday the 23rd of June to prepare for the event, and will reopen to the public after the event on Monday the 29th of June💥

🎉Boulder Heads have kindly offered $17 climbs for Flow Members, so definitely head over there for a climb! 😁

Last chance to send anything in the gym will be tomorrow morning. Get those projects ticked as they are all coming down at 1pm!

Neon Nights is a ticketed event. The last chance for tickets is today! 💪
