🏆 2026 Spreyton Eagles Best & Fairest 🦅

Today we celebrated our players, their commitment, and the effort they have put into wearing the maroon and gold with pride throughout the season.

The Seniors Best & Fairest count was one of the closest we have seen in years, with the top four players finishing within just 1–7 votes of each other. This is a true reflection of the strength, depth, and direction this playing group is heading.

A huge thank you to every player who pulled on the Eagles jumper this season. Your dedication, passion, and willingness to give everything for the club is what makes this team special.

The tension was real as the votes were counted, with everyone on the edge of their seats. A special mention to our Vice President who was holding onto the winner’s envelope for the final reveal — especially with Logan Townsend running up for Seniors and Brodie Smith in contention for Reserves. The nerves were definitely showing! 😅

Congratulations to all our award winners and nominees. The future is bright for the Spreyton Eagles.
