On Saturday we held our Annual Dinner and Trophy Night.
The evening was fantastically hosted by our friends at Spreyton Cider Co who delivered us a great meal.

Congratulations to our major award winners;

B Grade Champion & Laurie Hudson medalist - Harsha Idamegama.

A Reserve Champion & Laurie Hudson medalist - Jason Beer.

A Grade Champion & Laurie Hudson medalist - Chathun Kamesh.

T20 player of the year - Jarman Wynwood.

U/21 Jack Pithouse memorial winner - Tate Burns.

U/16 Cedrick Loone memorial winner - Tahj Wilson.

Our highlight of the night being when we unveiled our new Club Champion Trophy, the Greg Woolley Memorial Club Champion award.
Plenty of tears around the room honouring Greg who was a fantastic clubman, life member and patron, with many generations of Woolleys in attendance.
Our first winner of this award being Chathun Kamesh 🦅

Many thanks to Leanne from Leanne's Trophies & Gifts on creating this beauty to be enjoyed for many years to come.

🏏 MVCA A Grade Grand Final – Today at Maidstone Park! 🏏

It all comes down to this! The MVCA A Grade Grand Final is on today at Maidstone Park, Spreyton, with Turners Beach taking on Don.

🕦 Match starts at 11:30am

Expect a fantastic day of cricket as these two sides battle it out for the premiership. If you’re around, come down and enjoy the atmosphere and some top-quality local cricket.
