🦅FINALS UPDATE 🦅

Our Seniors’ finals campaign has come to an end. While it wasn’t the result they had hoped for, we thank the team for their commitment and effort throughout the season.

The Reserves may have gone down, but their finals hopes are still alive! They’ll return next Saturday with another chance to keep their season going.

Our Under 19s secured a brilliant win, booking their spot in next Saturday’s final! 💪

Two tough games lie ahead-and if both teams win, they’re through to the Grand Final!

💙💛 PROUD OF OUR 17s 💙💛

Our 17s’ season came to an end following a tough loss in their elimination final, but we couldn’t be prouder of the season they’ve had.

This is such an exciting group of young netballers, with some of our girls only 14 years old and already showing what they can bring to the court. With plenty of netball ahead of them, the future is looking very bright.

We’ve loved watching them grow, develop and play together this season, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for this talented group.

As we look towards the 2027 season, Somerville Football Netball Club is excited to open Expressions of Interest for key roles within our netball program.

We are seeking passionate, committed and enthusiastic people to join our netball program in the following positions:

🏐 A Grade Coach
🏐 B Grade Coach
🏐 C Grade Coach
🏐 D Grade Coach
🏐 17 & Under Co-Coach or Assistant Coach
🏐 Netball Operations Manager

Whether you’re an experienced coach, looking to take the next step, or passionate about growing netball, we want to hear from you. Join our 2027 program and help shape the future of netball at Somerville FNC.

Not the results we were hoping for, but finals are all about second chances 💙💛

Our Seniors and Under 19s will take the field again this Sunday in must win semi finals to they continue their finals journey 🦅 we’re all behind them- give it everything 💪

Our Under 17s did the club incredibly proud, but unfortunately their season came to an end in the elimination final. You represented the club with heart all season 💛💙

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! What a huge day for Somerville FNC off the field today as we hosted the MPFNL Division 2 Week 1 Elimination Final.

We simply cannot thank our incredible community enough for the countless hours, hard work and dedication that went into making today such a success.
To everyone who gave up their Sunday to volunteer, we are incredibly grateful. We truly are so lucky to have such an amazing group of people behind our club.

A huge thank you to all of the visiting clubs and supporters who also contributed to it being such a successful day at Somerville FNC. 🦅
