75% is heavy enough to demand precision, but light enough to move fast.

And the 2:30 structure gives enough recovery to maintain bar speed and consistency across all 5 sets — instead of turning it into conditioning.

Today's intervals are designed to push athletes into repeated high-output efforts with incomplete recovery.

the body’s ability to produce high power repeatedly under fatigue.

Crazy concept:

People get better results when they actually enjoy coming to the gym.

Not intimidated. Not trying to “fit the vibe.” Not feeling like they need a six pack before they walk through the door.

Just good people training hard, having a laugh and getting better over time.

Rayne doesn’t train because she has extra time.

When Rayne started, pull-ups felt impossible.

Now she can do strict pull-ups, kipping pull-ups, chest-to-bars — and she’s chasing her first muscle-up.

But what kept her coming back was something simple:
