FINAL CALL – Thompson’s Pies & Treats Fundraiser!

This is the final push for orders! If you’ve been thinking about stocking the freezer or grabbing a few treats, now’s the time.

📅 Orders will close Monday afternoon.

To help make processing orders as smooth as possible, we’d appreciate EFT payment at the time of ordering. With a short turnaround to reconcile everything, this makes life much easier for our volunteers.

Please remember that everyone involved in running Salt Ash Pony Club is a volunteer, fitting club administration around work, family and horse commitments, so your assistance is greatly appreciated.

What a fantastic day out at Salt Ash Pony Club for our May Rally Day! 🌦️☀️🌧️

We had sunshine, rain, puddles, laughter, fun, lessons learnt and plenty of smiles all around. Even with the wet weather, our riders and horses embraced every moment and made it such a memorable day.

A huge thank you to our amazing instructors:
🐴 Marama from MJS Equine for teaching riders how to better support their horse’s health and performance goals this year. Don’t forget we have a special discount code available — MJS26M — book in now and utilise her amazing services!
🐴 Caitlin for an awesome session in stockman work, combined skills and gate work.
🐴 Anna for a super fun jumping session packed with technique and skills.
🐴 Charlie for flatwork and basics — we loved your energy and fun attitude, even while sloshing through puddles!
🐴 Nat & Mark for being guided by the amazing Maz on their pathway to their Instructor Certificates. Their sporting techniques sessions had the kids learning so much with flags and bending.

Thank you to all our volunteers, families and riders who helped make the day such a success.

A great day was had by all — even if we all got a little wet! 💜

A big well done to our Salt Ash riders who headed out today for the Zone 25 Mounted Games Instruction Day! 🐴🌧️

Hannah, Sophie, Mikayla, Sophia and Olivia all gave it a go and did a fantastic job in less-than-perfect weather.

It was great to see our riders out there learning, listening, improving and having fun — exactly what pony club is all about.

A huge thank you to Nick Fitzsimmons for travelling up to coach the riders and share his knowledge, and well done to all the Zone 25 riders who took part today.

Great effort, Salt Ash — you should all be very proud!

🐴💙 Mounted Games is on tomorrow at Salt Ash!

Salt Ash Pony Club is proud to be hosting the Zone 25 Mounted Games Instruction & State Team Selection Day tomorrow.

Gates will open no later than 7:30am.

The weather has made things a little interesting this week, but we won’t be cancelling just because it’s damp. Riders may get wet, so please come prepared with:

💧 Wet weather gear
👕 A change of clothes
🧦 Spare socks
🧺 Towels
🧥 Something warm and dry for after riding

With May being Do It For Dolly Month, riders and families are more than welcome to wear blue tomorrow if they would like to show their support. 💙

Please follow the group and timetable information that has been sent out, and keep an eye on the page for any updates if needed.

Looking forward to a great day of mounted games, teamwork and plenty of fun at Salt Ash!
