The studio introduction offer that was $15 per class for all of June, is coming to an end! I extended it into July as my original social media accounts were lost and some of you may not have seen this. As of August the price goes to $20 each class. The first class is still free.

Yin Yoga Wednesday evening 5-6pm. Gentle yoga Thursday and Friday 11am-12pm with the kids Saturday 9-10am no kids. 🙏

Thanks ladies for coming to my restorative Yin Yoga class yesterday evening. We moved the body with the breath and sat in stillness to calm the mind.

Yin Yoga this Saturday the 11th 5-6pm and Wednesday the 15th 5-6pm. This will be free as it is hours of teaching for my Yin Certification. Message me to book I have 6 sets of props. It will be a restorative Yin class.

Gentle yoga flow classes Thursdays and Fridays 11-12pm bring the bubs/kids, all welcome even if you don’t have kids. Saturdays 9-10am, take time just for you, kids stay at home. See you then :)
