From Dave: Today’s Social Bowls results. The day improved and was18 degrees and sunny. We had 10 pairs on 5 rinks today. There were 2 lots of 2 game winners with Marianne Thomas and Allan Benson coming 2nd with 6 shots up. In 1st place with 13 shots up were Ross Gregory & David Murray. Next week will be Drawn Pairs, 2/4/2 & names to be in by midday.

Today’s Drawn Pairs results courtesy of Dave Murray - ‘We played 2/4/2. We had 32 bowlers on 8 rinks with cooler & cloudy conditions. There were 3 lots of 2 game winners. In 3rd place were John Weeks & Marianne Thomas, with + 2. Second with 7 shots up were Brooke Coghill and Beryl Elliott. Winners & braggers for this week were Dick Feuk & Yvonne Smolenaars with 16 shots up.
Next week players need to put their name in with a partner or singly if they still want to play. We had a few players pull out but still managed to find more players. If we get good weather & many more play, the club will be very excited.’
