Well done to Jackson and Wyatt Ayres for competing on Sunday at NCR Cross Country. Both boys finished in the top 6 of their age groups and have progressed to State Championships.

We have been pretty quiet since finishing with track and field from the Summer, but that doesn’t mean our athletes haven’t been out there performing!

Lots of our Rochester Little Athletics have been competing in various Cross Country Events across the state, with some amazing results.

Today was extra special for Frankie Hay, coming 1st in the Loddon Mallee Regional Championships.

Little Athletics Cross Country will be held soon. Watch this space for more information about that soon. If anyone interested in running on a Sat/Sun in Bendigo send us a message and we can point you in the right direction.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Celebrate the 2025-56 Little Athletics Season.
The night was a great success with Tug-o-war providing very popular. The boys winning the bragging rights in Boys Vs Girls.
Thank you to those who have put their hands up and volunteered to be a part of the Committee, and a massive thank you to those who have stepped down.
Special Mention to Mel Haines, stepping down as President. Mel has been apart of our club for 16 Years, and she will be missed.
Thank you also to those who helped cook sausages for everyone for dinner as well.
Congratulations to all award winners, and to every Athlete for coming out and giving it your best go!

REMINDER

Our 2025-2026 Presentation Night is on TOMORROW Night from 5.30pm SHARP!

The night will commence with our AGM; all families should be prepared to have a representative at the meeting.

Athletes will have a few games/ activities to do while the meeting is on.

With members of our executive committee moving on, WE NEED new volunteers to step up.

Good Luck Frankie & Lachlan for Little Athletics Victoria State Championships this weekend.

Frankie will be running in the 800m and 1500m and Lachlan is contesting the 200m Hurdles.
