Last session before she goes oversea for her first badminton tournament, I think she is ready.

7 months apart, same weights but very different outcome.

I have learned and practiced how to manage stress/ nervousness, how to think less and focus on the right things, and how to enjoy the competition more.

Great to have another 6/6 at , thank for the warm up, thankful to have everyone’s support, and thank for great coaching as always 🙏
