Hey guys,
I've sent a text around to the regulars but for those of you who haven't joined us before and would like to..
Bootcamp is on tomorrow (sat) morning 7:15am at svoboda park, kuraby (cnr if stiller drive and beenleigh road). Only $5!.. every Wednesday & Saturday mornings!
Hope you can come along and join us!

Hi All, Hope your having a great week!

Good news and bad news!! I start a new job this week and will be in Adelaide until thursday. Unfortunately this means I will have to cancel bootcamp this wednesday :-( sorry! But will be back on next wednesday!
The good news is I am starting SATURDAY MORNING BOOTCAMP this week!!! So come along and bring your friends!! We will kick off at 7:15am @ Svoboda Park. Please let me know if you can make it so I know approximate numbers .

Hi everyone!!
sorry for late notice but tomorrows boot camp will be held just up the road at Svoboda park! It is still on stiller drive and is less than a minute up the road. the reason for this - Is that its getting cold and the grass is very wet and uncomfortable as well as long were we are currently located Svoboda park is bigger and better maintained. It also has concrete asphalt which is a big bonus!!!

FYI - Starting a saturday morning bootcamp really soon! Im just after some expressions of interest so I can get an idea of numbers :) Thinking between 7-8am start.. thoughts? Thanks guys!

Hey Guys,
Boxing circuit planned for this weeks Bootcamp! Lets get together and have some hard fun!

We have some great team games, and some partner drills which are awesome for pushing / supporting each other!!

Hey Guys!
Great news… Bootcamp starting out at $5 a session! You can't beat that! Take advantage of it while it lasts and come have fun, challenge yourself and get super fit! Its for all levels of fitness and will give u the motivation to stay on track with your health goals!
