What a weekend at the RLTC 2026 Easter Tennis Tournament!
Thank you!!! What an incredible few days of tennis, sunshine, new and familiar faces, pristine courts, great speeches and plenty of laughs. Once again, we were treated to beautiful conditions that set the stage for a fantastic tournament on and off the court. ☀️🎾
With over 150 players taking part, the vibe across the club was fantastic. It was great to welcome so many new players this year—including juniors stepping up into the doubles & mixed doubles, and players travelling from as far away as Gippsland and Melbourne. You brought a fresh buzz, and we hope it’s the first of many Easter tournaments with us! 🙌
It was also fantastic to see such a strong turnout from Ballarat, with so many families getting involved—adding something really special to the weekend. 💚
A big highlight this year was the introduction of the new 1 Point Slam—what a hit! Fast, fun, and full of anticipation, it kept players and spectators on their toes and added a whole new dynamic to the weekend. 💥
Off the court, the atmosphere was just as special. The speeches were a standout, with some of the most memorable moments coming from our juniors—celebrating their partners, fellow players, our club, our courts and the incredible team behind the tournament. Moments like these remind us why this weekend means so much to so many. 💚
To all the players and spectators—you are what this tournament is all about. The enjoyment, energy, friendships, family reunions and memories… we loved every minute! 🕺🏾👏
To our Tournament Committee & RLTC members—a heartfelt THANK YOU. This event simply wouldn’t happen without your time, effort and passion. From planning to pack-up, it was a true team effort.

💚 The courts were once again in fantastic condition—huge credit to our grounds committee, with a special mention to Dean for his hard work and attention to detail as curator for the 2025/26 season.
👏👏👏 It’s safe to say this was another incredibly successful tournament—on and off the court—and possibly one of our best yet.
