Congratulations to this Legend!

All the way from Taiwan, he has landed in our gym and has now successfully completed his first powerlifting meet 💪🏽

We went into the meet with a goal of hitting a 300kg total and we achieved it plus some.

Squat 110kgs
Bench 60kgs
Deadlift 140kgs
TOTAL 310kgs

Powerlifting means more than just hitting the gym for some big numbers in the bar, it is community and brings happiness and support to those that participate.
