It’s cold, it’s rainy, it’s well and truly winter in Melbourne - but have we got the smile to brighten your day. 😁It belongs to our member of the month; our lean, opposite-of-mean, lunging Queen, Deb Amott! 👏🏻👏🏼👏🏿
Deb has been part of the beating heart 💗of See Change since 2015, when she started looking for the closest local gym offering PT, to help get her exercise game on point during the busy years raising young children and running her own ear, nose and throat practice.
Despite being one of those people who can fit more in a week than most of us, she wanted to add a regular gym routine to the mix, and she’s done it in true Deb style! 😎Alongside running, walking, cycling and now taking part in many See Change team events, Deb also hits 3-4 classes a week, achieving incredible gains in her weightlifting and always chasing those cardio goals too. 🏃♀️
Deb is one of our biggest supporters, connecting new members into her amazing See Change social circles, hosting local pizza 🍕nights and rallying the crew for arts and culture events! 🎭
While she credits See Change for making her more ambitious and confident with every aspect of fitness and exercise, she believes it’s the incredible people and friendships that take it from a great gym to a community she never wants to leave.
And we are giving her the credit right back for being such a central part of that community, welcoming every new face with her characteristic energy, laughter, support and cheeky but kind wit. ✨
