Walking vs running… everyone loves to argue about this one 🙃
Here’s the truth... neither is “better” they’re just different.
Walking is elite for consistency.
Low impact, easy to recover from, you can do it when you’re tired, stressed, or can’t be bothered. And it still counts.
Running? Different vibe.
Higher intensity, gets your heart rate up quicker, feels more like a push. But it also comes with more load on the body and you actually need to respect recovery.
People get this wrong all the time 👇
They think running = better results
and walking = not enough
Not true.
Running burns more calories in less time
Walking is easier to do more often
They both work and they both have a place.
If you’ve had time off, feel rundown, or life’s a bit chaotic walking is your best friend.
If you’ve got energy and want to challenge yourself RUN!
Or… do both.
That’s usually the smartest option.
Move your body, stay consistent. It doesn't have to be complicated.
