Powerful work from this morning on his squats. Last week he missed the final rep of 200kgx3x3 and this morning he wouldn’t be beaten going onto hit a fourth rep on his final set! Big effort.

Like most of us at this time of year, I like to take a moment to look back and be thankful for all the support and passion I’m surrounded by every day at my “job”. Thank you 🤍

This year I bought a new forever home for which I couldn’t be prouder of. Seeing my family and the gym community come together to tackle the move and setup was genuinely heart warming, and I can’t wait to take on the next year with them. This gym and community mean a lot to me, and I’ll be eternally grateful for that.

Yesterday competed in the Iron Classic 3 and went 165/65/170/400kgs!!!!

I am so happy and proud to see you to reach such a big milestone after setting your sights on it when you first started out. Lots of early mornings, chicken breast and “I put my fingers into my eyes” went into this prep and you deserve all accolades coming your way. Enjoy your second place medal next time you get the win!
