Green Shirts 2026 💚

Over the past few weeks, these umpires have stepped outside their comfort zones, learnt new skills, taken on feedback, and grown in confidence week after week. We could not be prouder of how far they have come already!

A huge thank you to all clubs, coaches, players, spectators, and officials for your patience and support while these umpires continue to learn and develop. Likewise, this sport is one where we are all constantly learning and growing together.

As our Green Shirt program wraps up, these umpires will now begin Transition Round — returning back to their clubs and stepping out onto court wearing white, without the safety net of their bright green shirts.

We ask that the netball community continues to support, encourage, and most importantly respect these young umpires as they continue their journeys. Learning comes with mistakes, and creating a positive environment where people feel empowered to learn is how we build confident and capable officials for the future of our sport.

Before making comments towards umpires, please think before you speak. Umpires are human too — they have feelings, families to go home to, and are doing their best in a sport where everyone is still learning.

At the end of the day, this goes beyond umpiring. Respect is something every person deserves 💚

FTGAP Championships 2026 🏐❤️

What a weekend representing SDNA at the FTGAP Championships! We had sunshine, rain and crazy winds - but we got through it all.

Our athletes showcased determination, teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship across every game they played. The growth of all our members is something we are proud of.

A huge thank you to our players, coaches, managers, umpires and families for your support and dedication throughout the weekend. These opportunities are only possible because of the incredible people who continue to invest in the development of our athletes.
