Congratulations to our senior athletes that represented Celts at this year’s Short Course Senior State Championships! It was great to see lots of fantastic results over the 3 days of competition.

A big thank you to parents and coaches for their ongoing commitment and support to allow our athletes over the season to allow them to perform at their best at major competitions such as this weekends.

Next major competition is Junior State Championships in early September.

Congratulations to all Celts swimmers that competed this weekend! It’s great to see the hard work and effort put into training translating to positive results on race day.

A big thank you to coaches JJ, Ross and Jay for sacrificing their time to support our swimmers over the 2 day competition.

REMINDER: Mobility program starts next week, just in time to prepare for the major events of the season (Junior and Senior States).

Massive Congratulations to Celts Swimmer Harley Stokes. Harley represented WA in the 2026 School Sports Australia 13-19yrs Swimming Competition, that took place in Melbourne last month.

Harley took part in 7 individual races and 1 relay. Achieving a Personal Best (PB) in 6 of his individual races. These races can be seen below:

- 100m Breaststroke MC
- 200m Freestyle MC
- 200m IM MC
- 50m Free MC
- 50m Breaststroke MC
- 50m Backstroke MC
- 100m Freestyle MC

Next week we will start Cycle 4 of the Celts Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Program!

This cycle has a focus on both explosive and stabilising exercises. This is accompanied by multiple exercises to build core strength, a vital component to swimming success. A perfect combination to benefit our swimmers as we start to approach Short Course State Championships.

Congratulations to all Celts Competitors that took part in the South Shore Super Sprint competition! This was a targeted meet and we had some excellent results from all competitors throughout the day.

A massive congratulations to Melody who was our star performer of the meet with a huge PB. Congratulations aswell to the swimmers that qualified and competed in the IM skins, an event exclusive to this competition.

A big thank you to the 6 coaches that were in attendance throughout the day, helping to support our swimmers!
