Lovely members! After today's training, we all agree to new times: monday 6.00pm to 8.00pm and we keep the saturday morning ones. I hope this can suit everyone and if it doesn't, just inform us and we'll try to find new compromises. I hope that u're all motivated because monday we gonna bring back the traditional physical exercises! Have a nice week end guys, bless!

welcomes you to a new semester of fun (huh... :s) volley activities. Suncreen, a small towel & plenty of H2O a MUST coz it might get hot out there.
