Western Cobras Softball Club are looking for 2 players to join their mixed Under 13s winter team!

📅 Season: May – September
📍 Games: Saturdays at Dale Districts (9am or 11am)
🏟 Training: Wednesdays, 5pm at our Flyers home ground

⚾️ Last Saturday was our final game of the 2025/26 season and what a season it has been!
Our final game saw the kids slipping and sliding all over the diamond and then finishing with a bounce on our awesome new bouncy castle! A special shout out to Helen for supervising all morning long in the hot sun. We appreciate you!

Next Saturday, 21st March, we will be wrapping up the season with our Presentation Day.

The Trophy presentations will commence at 9:00am.

If you are a member of one of the State teams, you are required to arrive at 8:30am dressed in full State uniform for a whole club State photograph.

All other players are to arrive by 8:45am, dressed appropriately for water play and ready for presentations.

Following the presentations we will have a water play obstacle course set up, with dunk tank!

If you have not returned your playing shirt yet, please do so by Saturday or an invoice for $50 will be sent home for the cost of the shirt.

We can’t wait to see you all there! ⚾️

Year Awards 2025/26

These awards are designed to recognise those who have gone above and beyond their role (if they have one), or who have contributed to the club in a way that has positively benefited the Flyers throughout the season.

• Junior Club Person of the Year – nominees must be under 18 years of age
• Senior Club Person of the Year – nominees must be 18 years and over

Members may nominate as many people as they like for each award.

Awards will be voted on by committee at tomorrow night’s meeting.
