Hey Easy League players and community!
We’re so incredibly grateful to everyone who has joined us over the last couple of years, and we’re excited to keep growing and developing Easy League Inline Hockey, and all of our players, on and off the rink.
We want to reaffirm what Easy League is all about: a fun, welcoming and supportive place for every player- whether you’re brand new, returning to hockey, or looking to develop your skills.
We all come from different walks of life, and we need to ensure that everyone is respecting each other’s space- keeping the rink safe and respectful.
As our community grows, we’re working towards having more competitive opportunities for junior and recreational players. We’re not quite there yet, so for now, we ask everyone to help us keep Easy League inclusive and welcoming for all.
A good player scores goals. A great player makes their teammates better.
Encourage each other. Make the pass. Play fair. Work hard. Be respectful.
A couple of quick practical things:
-Please make sure you’re registered and paid for your sessions, either through the season registration or as-you-go options.
-If you accidentally take home loaner gear, please let us know and return it as soon as you can. Our loaner gear is generously sponsored by Proto DPS and is there for everyone to use, so we need to make sure it stays available for everyone!
Above all: be kind.
Easy League is run by two people (Ben and Trish) with some absolutely wonderful coaches and helpers who generously give their time. We’re doing our best to keep everything moving as the community grows, but we can’t do it without you.
We want inline hockey to keep growing and to be accessible to players of all ages, abilities and experience levels. That only happens when we look after each other and build the kind of community we all want to be part of.
Thanks for being here, for backing us, and for helping us keep moving in the right direction.
Let’s keep making Easy League a place where everyone belongs.
